I have been away almost a year now but I do enjoy the game. I have watched the updates and patches that came out for it because i am still interested. After i saw the emperian age patch i was thinking about re-subbing. Anyone care to tell me how the emperian patch is? What about the pvp, bigger battles? And i also was wondering about where you can attack other players. Since its a faction based pvp since the patch can you attack anywhere or still just 0 sec?

You can sign up by yourself to the NPC faction or sign your corp up for the faction. Once you have done that you can attack enemy faction anywhere (they show up just like a normal corp war target). The contested faction war  spots are in low sec not 0.0.  99% of the action happens in low sec, you can enter the oposing factions high sec but the NPC police (not concord) will try to kill you along with players. There are some big fleet battles and small gangs roam or capture the contested complexes. Start your own fleet and do what you want or join somebody elses and follow orders.
