Renown Gear sellers?

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

Ive been running around for a bit looking for better gear sellers.  In Nordland the chapter 3 merchants have decent gear, but I can't seem to find anything in Norsca, troll land, or the other tier2 area.  Where's the next place you go to buy the stuff, or will I need to go to one of the other race-battle areas?

    Tier 2 & up the Renown trainers & vendors for your Tier are only at the Keeps...this is the major incentive to fight the otherside over land control btw :) They can and probably will shut you out quite often.

    Guess Im going to do some travelling then.  Destro owns both empire/chaos t2 keeps on the open/rp server I'm on.
