WotG Needed?

I plan on comming back to the game very shortly since i cancelled my WoW account . Now i am wondering i left the game with a level 25 Warrior and i am wondering if WotG is needed at that low of a level. I remember a friend on the game mentioned it to me that some content i can do at lower levels is this true? I don't remember his exact words since it was months ago. I am a veteran player that left but deleted his character before leaving(pulling my hair out now because of it).

 

So WotG needed or not?

Nah, you don't need it. There are just mobs you can solo at lower levels and some places you can party. The main areas are still the norm though. I wouldn't be in a rush over it for lower level content.

I wouldn't say that it's a must have at this time for you if your only lvl 25. There is still so much you can do with just the other expansions. I would say though that if you want to lvl some of the new jobs from it go ahead and get it because they are pretty awesome. Dancer is seemingly one of the most unique subjobs out there now many people are finding it helpful for just about any job in certain sitiuations. Scholar is also just freaking awesome if you ask me. They can easily fill the role of a whm or blm in your party with some cool additional abilities that the others don't have. Yes there are things they have that are missing but usually they aren't a big issue. The system with the timers for there abilities and how MP is used and magic effectiveness not like anything else.

So again I wouldn't say its a must but it definetly couldn't hurt and who knows maybe you'll want it just for the new jobs or campaign.
