F2P games that are quest-driven.

I was playing naROSE a little bit and was really enjoying it until about level 60, because the quests pretty much were put on hold so I got bored of it. I don't have a lot of time to game like I used to so I just like to enjoy quests [even if they're hidden grinds] and level that way.

I used to play f2p mmorpg's a lot but never quested, so I'm not even sure where to start. Any idea what f2p MMORPG's are more quest driven for leveling rather than sitting in a spot for hours?
