Canadian Government..pathetic.

ca.news.yahoo.com/s/reuters/081202/canada/canada_us_politics

So basically, we had an election a few months ago.  PC won...but it was a minority gov. again. So now the main three loosing groups are banding together to overthrow the PC. So since they can do this...obviously shows us, that our gov. has no respect for the Canadian people.

I know the argument from many Canadians who are for this move is "Only 40percent of ppl voted for PC, 60 did not." However , 60 percent of us did not vote for idiotstick Dion, who will assume power if this overthrow works.

Personally even had the liberals won the election and it was the PC pullin this off, I would still be upset. This is basically telling the majority of Canadians , and the World, that voting doesn't matter. If one side looses they will take over one way or the other.

This is nothing more than a power grab by the Liberals n NDP. The bullies individually lost the fight, so now they are gonna gang up on the smaller kid to beat em.

Just wondering how other Canadians feel about our childish gov.?

This is one of the reasons I no longer go and vote.  It just seems pointless to me.  Never do I see a politician that seems honourable engouh to keep his word and carry forward the promises and claims in their campaign.

Politicians wonder why people are disenchanted with the whole political process and this is why.

I think its a complete failure on the rights of the people to have this type of overthrow.  I also heard they may take up an antiquated form of government.  The Coalition Government pretty similiar to Parlament in England.

The conservatives are the ones that are currently in power. The liberals, socialists, and separatists are overthrowing the government that was voted in. Democracy in Canada has failed.

I feel like my vote has been stolen.  The Liberal party is being played for fools by the NDP and the BQ.  The Liberals are effectively dead in the west now, which will hurt them badly if the Conservatives get a leader thats more palatable to people in urban areas like Toronto and Montreal.  Wheres there base going to be then?  Lets not even go into how this "coaliton" is being propped up by the sepratists.  The whole thing is disgraceful.

Now I see why a multiple party system is soo much better than a two party system.
