Can't find Bio

I've looked and looked and looked and looked and looked and looked every where but cant find a bio-dome kit. Can anyone help me. Please, the space base never have any!
why cant i find bio-dome hardware!

You have to go to one of the 4 main starbases to get a biodome. If you look on the galaxy map with all the stars on it, you should see 3 that look like spacestations and one that looks like a big pointed yellow star. Go to one of those systems and enter the starbase there. From there go in the shipyard and look under hardware. It costs 40,000 credits in a non-pax game.
Ya but whenever I do theres always 0/0 left. I've been to all of them. What am I suppose to do?
Maybe you don't have enough money on you to purchase one. But I'll assume you're not a total moron and that that isn't the problem. I could be wrong, but you may have to actually click in the box that shows the quantity you wish to buy, and then manually type in the number "1". If that doesn't work then I don't really know what the problem is.
