ok so long story short i got screwed over at my local EB because they lost a cd key and i ended up exchanging my purchase (couldn't even get store credit) for an AoC time card. well simple question really....is now the time to re-join or should i wait for some patch?
on a side note i was playing on a machine that almost died playing this game and i have since upgraded.

-Changeable worlds
-Solid non level based game
-Sharks with lasers attached to their heads

Make sure to roll on one of the most populated servers though.
there are several other posts here where people have asked the same so look them up and take a look at the replies there. I would say it's worth the return.

hmmm well you could wait for the patch which is what I would do if you quit after the launch of the PvP patches or Yamirs, but if you quit before and aren't level 80 yet join now.

I dusted off the box and I'm not disappointed I did. I rolled a necxromancer on Set sever and there seems to be pretty good population there compared to Thog. So far so good here, I upgraded from a 8500gt 512mb card to an ati 4670 512mb card and I been having a blast.

I think the game is way better then it was and on the tyranny server the population is good.

hmmm sounds like it has improved. Might jump back on my assassin but i think my server (conan's homeland...can never spell it right) is one of the ones up for a merger. Also anyone know how healthy the Aussie population is?

AOC has improved alot and is a really cool and fun game now days.
Roll on a high pop server.
They are merging servers atm, and soon the new massive uber patch will come

If thats the server i think its a high pop server, so you are good to go
I recommend you to make a alt if you havent any, becaus they have put in alot of new quests / revamped dungeons and a new zone Yimir's pass, a very cool zone

Recieved my game last night,installed it,patched it and tried it a bit this morning...but must leave for work so will givce a better try tonight.
