It is impossible to email you back because you put an at symbol (@) in your user name...
But, here is what I was going to email to you:
An avatar is the little icon under your name.
That is very easy to make that picture smaller than 8K when it is only 80x80 which is the size requirement for an Avatar.
But, I think you want a signature. I am in now way a graphics specialist and can't really help you in that department. But, there is NO 8k limit on signatures. You can use any file you want for that. Even the entire file you sent me.
