I've been tempted to do some dual boxing, Just not sure how effective I would be outside of farming.

I'm one of the few people just can not get a fire/kin to 50, so I made a fire/fire tank. Would be nice to have my wife's Kin fender follow me with speed boost until I can get him purpled out.

i've got two monitors/keyboards/etc at my computer desk (for two computers).  so i have one keyboard/trackball on the desk's tray and one set on the desk itself.

for the top keyboard -- i  tab to select a target, hit F to run up to the target real quick, and then use my top trackball to manually click on the different icons for attacks and directing henchmen and such.

 

i put the lower keyboard's character on follow and have it target thru my main character.  the bottom keyboard, i make sure to put the most useful powers on 1-5, as those are easy to hit without having to look at the keyboard.

 

if you're not accustomed to using both hands, it might be a little awkward at first.  and if a character dies, then it's a pain to get that one rezzed and back into the action real quick.

but, the level pact thing is great.  there's a few poweset/at combinations that i think i'd love once i get them to the 20s... but getting them there is never something i've managed... so i simply pact them to a character type that i know i'll enjoy playing at low levels... and voila... next thing you know, i've got that silly earth/ta troller up to lvl 12, then 15, then 18...  and all the while, i'm leveling a scrapper or something.
