Don't know if this has been posted before or not but here is a vid of a talk  Paul Barnett  did at a conference last year making similarities to the online MMO market and Las Vegas casinos.....

I loved it , he was very frank and made his points as simple as he possibly could.

Thanks I hadn't seen that before & it certainly was well worth sitting still for 19 minutes 45 seconds.

I think it's his honesty & frankness that make his videos so entertaining, or maybe it's the Northern humour that reminds me of home, since he also grew up in 'Preston, Lancashire'.
