Ether Saga?

I decided I wanted to give Perfect World another go but when I went to the website I saw this other game called Ether Saga that had just went into closed beta. Since it was new and looked cool I tried it and like it alot. Just curious if anybody else is playing it?

im trying it out but is obious its in its beta phase theres alot of polishing to be done. Mostly the translations. The good thing is they took the venomancer class and made a full game around the aspects of the class. every class has pets. but now they can transform into mobs if they get the cards. you can fuse with your pet and summon another. it has quite alot of deph on what you can do.

there are some things, however that  has the testers devided. One feature is the prosessor wich seems to be just like botting. now this becomes a mix bag of responces.

On the bright side, it seems the game does refere to many other games inside of it. there is a quest that has to do with the famous konami cheat code. and well there is a quiz that comes up about 1130 pm eastern time. while still not translated if you do participate you do get exp.

Still the game is in its early phases. some features may get axed if not accepted and the processor seems to be going in that direction. Now because the game still has alot of translation issues and the like its kinda hard to judge the game.

The grafics are pretty nice. they did take an approach that will last for along time and will age well. Games that focus on trying to make the games look real tend to age badly (look at eq2 as an example)  The game seems to be aimed at family gamers.  it does have many features that do help younger players like clicking on the green names in a quest causes your character to auto walk to that location or mob area. My daughter is having a blast with this game . as for me im quite likeing it. 

Oh i would advise you keep the sound low if you plan to use earphones. There still seems to be an issue with the game that some sounds are utterly loud dispite that you turn off the sound. (when you accept a quest n lvl for example)  But then its early beta stages so lets hope they can iron out every thing before openbeta.

Btw do not spend rl cash on the game . the server will be wiped when it turns to open beta. also they are still testing to see if the store works properly. if you want to test it out just amass the coin for it.
