Hello everyone, thought id give my opinion on the new booster that has been released. for the record i bought it for 10 bucks with 1k paid points (u get those automatically when subscribing also got 700 points when i renewed my sub 2 months ago after a free 1 month comeback trial) so ill be judging the content for what i paid for it, 10 bucks. normal price is 20 bucks.
The booster consists of a big hub area with a lift to pandemonium and teleporters to the new playfields. There is a new alien playfield, Arid Rift, and a new dustbrigade playfield, being divided in 7 areas, called Neretva. Despite all the sounds about instances these playfields are not instanced.
The Arid Rift area is one big playfield littered with pretty powerful aliens, u can start a quest (a very long one) and solo most of your way through that. just make sure u are not running around alone all the time. Despite the pf being a bit dark and a lot of people training their way to certain parts of that massive questline i like it overall. the alien xp is good, the quest gives u something to do and theres always people around to team with.
The Neretva playfield is being done mostly in a team, and offers standard quests like "kill this boss, kill that boss, etc" but theres also some challenging quests, best example is a pf thats one giant maze, u gotta find 6 towers and tag those. even with a map with the waypoints to all towers its tricky to find them all, but the searching is fun and challenging with all these powerful dustbrigade mobs running around. I didnt finish Arid Rift but i just finished this pf with its questline, the boss is in an instance and pops only after u have killing a lot of waves that contain a lot of very powerful mobs, after those u have to kill the boss within 3 minutes, but watch out he pops devices that heal him so u gotta keep him moving. i died A LOT and despite the rewards being mediocre i had a good feeling that i finally finished it. its nice to see that FC is keeping AO a real challenge unlike some other MMOs...
i heard that after Arid Rift and Neretva u can do 2 follow up instances (for 6 ppl, 1 full team) for further rewards, and those instances should be harder then the boss i just killed in Neretva the booster should contain a final 12 man raid but due to a serious bug it didnt make it, it will be released in the next patch. overall the booster introduces playfields,new ncu memories, improved symbiant, new pvp nanos and pvm nanos for trader/agent and it should have introduced new endgame weapons and improved token boards, but those come with that 12 man raid
overall my impressions are good, the playfield adds new, fun endgame content that is challenging so it will keep u busy for a fair amount of time (while keeping in mind the 12 man raid is part of the booster), with this booster the endgame content is even more varied than it already was, i hope that the next booster will concentrate on low/mid lvl content, some new dungeons would be sweet tbh. sry for the bad use of grammar, im kinda sleepy.

Yeah, the new zones are keeping our high level people busy. Got A thru F done in the DB section, still need to do X. Arid Rift we are working thru, 2-3 hours a night. Very good AXP (50,000 AXP per mission segment and 2k - 3k per single kill). By the end we might even know our way around that maze.
