War looks to be dying a death. Let us pray.

I really wanted this game to work but it is dying by the day.

I see less and less people, guilds breaking up, lack of content, massive imbalances, dev bias, poor coding...the list is endless.

The servers are ghost-towns, they are so lifeless. I hear more and more people jumping to Darkfall or

other mmos for a REAL pvp experience. This ship is sinking, and it's sinking fast.

Lord Haart

Must just be you, my server is plenty active. I'm still enjoying it.

are you sure your playing the same game as everyone else?

you have to be trolling. theres only 5500 people playing darkfall.

Yes, quite sure. It was inevitable that the die-hards jump on the bandwagon straight away to defend THEIR game, the point is, if it was still that great you wouldn't have replied within moments to be honest. SO many server merges already speaks for itself if you wanted another piece of evidence.

But anyway, I envisaged great things from Mythic after the wonderful DAoC. But to be fair, I knew the ship would begin to list the minute it was hit by the EA torpedo.  It is only a matter of time now.

OK, I am not a diehard.  This is my only post on this.  I have not seen the population drop from my PoV.  Of course I play order on a highly populated Destro server so, cannot speak for the other side.

Mayhap the Destro peeps are bored?  Mayhap you should try anothr server?  While I admit I do not know if what you are saying is wrong, just do not see it.

Say hello, To the things you've left behind. They are more a part of your life now that you can't touch them.

First off i don't play WAR. Secondly the only servers that are dead are the low/low pop ones. Finally you spelled invisioned wrong which kinda makes us wonder how you can talk down to others when your basic spelling isn't even on par with the average 5th graders. I salute you troll!

The only time the servers are not populated enough is the dead of night. 1am PST - 5am PST. Other than that..there are plenty of people on my server and I'm enjoying the game ALOT.

Our guild has a ton of people and we are looking forward to rocking T4.

    Move along.

There are two kinds of people in this world. People who pick their nose.. and liars.

There have been no server merges, so you lost more credibility there.

I play on Ironfist and it's a full-full population server that is very active.  You just wanted something to whine about.

Yes blame it on the die hard. FYI, I play a zealot- I can get wtfowned by most classes, my server has much more order than destro, and I play for an hour or two some nights, others not at all.  I've very far from die hard and have several issues with the game.  But the game is far from dead.  I enjoy it, and it's fun - that's why i play.

You are just a troll.  You like DAOC enough to compare everything to it? It looked like shit.  It was yet "another shitty medieval plotline with boring races and no attitude". Go back to 2001 and stay there.

This game is fun, has a ton of consistent style, and plenty of pve to occupy my time.  If you get frustrated after playing for 12 hours a day at the lack of content, maybe it's time to go live real life...

Of course he is playing the same game.

how many threads do you see claiming War is doing great and pop is growing. ive seen threads just for the purpose of pointing out how many sub's its lost since the new year and still.

for what it is i think it is a very fun game. i love my toons but nearly all the realms are listed as low or med. and the med ones fell like a low realm in other games. i could only imagine how empty the ones labled -low- are.

you cant be pissed at ppl because they see the game loosing subs or just ignore the fact that this game needs a huge pop tweak-meaning kill off about half of the realms(or whatever is needed) and force the remaining ones into higher pop-

i really wish i saw more to do in this game and saw more active rvr where i was but i didnt and left recently. im not bitter. it was fun and im sure ill pick it back up here and there.

but pretending its just doing so well is naive.

LOL Frostbite05, proves my point exactly.

    'Envisage'  NOT 'invisioned' (lol?)

    Look it up.

    Sure you didn't mean:

    envision

    Part of Speech: verb

    Definition: conceive

Synonyms: anticipate, behold, conceive, conceptualize, contemplate, envisage, envision, externalize, fancy, feature, foresee, grasp, image, imagine, look upon, materialize, objectify, predict, realize, regard, see, survey, think up, view, vision, visualize

Notes: envisage refers to an image that is delineated, whereas envision can refer to an appearance that is indefinite or immaterial; envisage is 'contemplate or view in a certain way' and envision means 'picture to oneself; visualize'

    No, but good point.

    Envisage, envisaged.

Just curious. Did you actually play DAoC?

You say it "looked like shit", yet you put "it was yet another medieval etc"

Not defending the OP, but I will defend DAoC if anything.

Personally, I disagree with both your list of problems, and assessment that the game is losing a large amount of population, but to each his own.

Which server do you play on?

and DAoC? My God...are you relly trying to compare this with todays games?!?  How about EQ? Not so good looking now huh? But was a major game...as was DAoC.....

Alot of new content Pve and Pvp is coming with the free expasion in a month, also two new classes that rock.

And last but not least, Looking at your post history, your a disapointed, scammed, upset darkfall fan & do feel for ya...

Please go trolls those forums,...I know it's not cool anymore and everyone already knows the game's launch is junk..but don't bash a game (Warhammer) that has so much coming up, and has a healthy popultion.

I know this is too much to ask from a forum troll, so I will say it once..in all caps for ya

    WARHAMMER IS GREAT!

    EU Karak Eight Peaks here,

    Actually population seems to increase.

2 weeks ago scenarios and oRvR died after 9.30/10pm during weekdays

Last 2 days I've been  up playing scenarios one after another up to 1.30am

So I don't think it's dying...Looks healthy enough to continue existing

You must be playing on a different server to me in T3 there's little to no RVR going on and I've done maybe 2-3 PQs since hitting T3 and i'am at level 26 and scenarios only pop abut once every 30-45mins.

This game isn't dying, it's not even close.

    stop making dumb speculations. seriously.

you must be playing on maybe a Low/Low server.

My server (Volkmar) has a queue to get in right now.  That's a dying game?

You do realize DAOC underwent a number of graphic updates over the year and in fact the game engine WAR is using is the evolution from the one used in DAOC right?

I don't think they look all that different actually, even today.

And its been said before, gamplay is whats important, not graphics.

I'll ignore Patch 1.2 and the fact that I'm still having fun and I'll be another statistic in the OP's assumption.

Yes! Warhammer is not dying a life, it's dying a death! What a plot twist, who woulda thunk that you die a DEATH???

    Damn OP is smart!
