Help me which mercenary should i put in the merc room

Im having a hard time which of my mercenaries will be place in the mercenary room because soon i'll be getting the witch.

my line up

swordsman(main character)

viking, beast trainer, gunner, archer, monk (which i dont prefer to hide), shaman(the same with my monk), artillery, spearman

 

guys help me please.

    for me maybe its time for you to say goodbye to your spearman cause if you want a tank  witch can also do that because of it's skill meteor and  you can even put it in front for melee attackers can't attack her straight and of course theres your monk to   holy guard the witch to prevent her from magic skills...so maybe your spearman should go to merc room...

    take off the spear, becouse only one spear isn't good... if you want spears on team need 2 or more

    I would say gunner. While probably more useful than a speardude, I've found it's best to have 4 melee guys in PvE.

    Sometimes one of the front row will get ganged up on, and you need to move someone there to take its place.

    Some people like putting the Witch in the front row, though.

    im still confused.. does witch has a high defense? to be able to withstand the attack?

     The witch is a flying unit so melee cannot attack her unless using a special attack or spell attack.

    drop the spear for the witch... and get an exo to replace your archer to add another melee...

    I would suggest hiding your archer. monks and shamans need to level up for PvP matches and such. Good luck.

    You're surely be having problems when you gain access to class B mercenaries. hehe.

    archer??uhm what will i use to silence my enemies? i still dont know :( cannon,spearman or archer ? im very confused

    BT Sword Witch

    archer spear Viking

    Monk Sham Arti

    Later on replace spear with exo then get prophet for ur archer for melee buff

    Witch can fly so they dont get hit much with physical damage unless its archer type. and they have high Mdef so they can withstand magic attacks.

    Replace ur gunner coz i find them useless at pvp there are alot of other options later on to replace them with like jani, cannoon, or inventor.
