If this is true, they are seriously screwed. Self-destruct may be their only option at this point. EVE just became much more hardcore with Apoc 
I traveled to W-space, and the Sleepers are major badasses. Doing between 800-1000 damage per shot. I lost a T2 frigate in the process 
Do NOT bring frigates into W-space.
Do NOT engage Sleepers unless you have 4 - 5 pilots in your fleet.
