Hey, I'm on the 14 day trial and so far I'm loving this game. I regret not giving this one a shot sooner.

That being said, I'm having problems with the client crashing now and again. I don't remember exactly what the error message said but it appeared to have something to do with Direct X. Anyone have an idea what might be wrong? I'd really like to get rid of this problem because I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be subbing to this game once the trial is up.

    try playing the game at balanced performance settings

     

    I know people have issues with the client if the graphic settings are set too high

    Ok, I have a question then... when you crash, does it just freeze motion for a minute before that happens ? My old video card (7600GT) was doing that and I didn't find out thats what it was until I moved it to my new Vista machine. Vista will tell you that it was a driver error.

    I haven't had that problem since I got a GTX260.

    Might be the same thing for you.
