This site has just started up.  They are looking for Beta testers.  It is a conquest game, you give your race characteristics, then you are given a  Planet to develop.  You colonize, design your own ships, conquer others planets and there are about 30 or 40 techs and 20 different planet structures.  They are accepting 200 testers now , today is the first day it is open.  Register and play right away.  Browser based no downloads.   The target for a live Server is the first week in April.  Give the game a look of you like RTS type games.  I have been playing for about a month in closed beta with afew others and I have enjoyed it.
