I tried the galaxy online game and went through a system to try and get points for the game, they never rewarded me with my points took my personal info and now my email is being raped by hundreds of spam from them. I have screenshots proving i did try to get points from them in a legal faction, They say that i never did try to get points and took down all the evidence and history of orders, Again i do have screenshots proving that they were there and that they do not exist now. They have a so called 24/7 live support on thier site, ANOTHER LIE, it does not exist it gives everyone the same message at any time of the day, that no operators are aviable. It is an out sourced company and you will never be talking to a representitive from IGG. My advice TO ALL PLAYERS, STAY CLEAR OF IGG. They are masters of scam and will take advantage of you, I am currently seeking Legal action against thier company, I again URGE all players to steer clear, MMORPG, i hope you will support this post, I will provide a link to a forum of unsatisfied players who have been scammed within IGG.

IGG produces horrible supposedly free to play cash shop Korean grinders.
I can't feel sympathy for anyone who chooses to play those.
