E-mails regarding warnings etc.

I am just wondering what happened to the e-mails when you are giving a warning,I had 2 posts deleted recently,1 of them today,now I still recieve the -5 points to my rating(not to bothered about that)but no e-mail stating why the post was deleted or why I got -5 points,I would take it I will have another -5 points tomorrow again.
The only reason I ask as in the past some of the mods have been a bit over eager to delete posts and have inquired in the past and had warning etc removed from my account as the mod was in the wrong,it seems now this has been removed and the mods can basically please themselves.
This may come off as a rant but it is nice to know why a post that I may have thought worthy and constructive is deemed in breach of the rules without knowing the reason behind it.
If someone had came up to me in 1980 when I was on my Atari 2600 and said we will be playing games with thousands of people at the same time.I guess my response would have been,"but I only have 2 joysticks"

If you'd been issued a warning, then you would have received the email.
