When can you get a mount ?

Did I see where all races can get wings and fly as well ?

A mount you can get at any level, but the ones that are given free and fly are level 30.
Did I see where even non elves can get wings and fly ?
Minimum level for a mount is level 20, not as the poster above stated.
Only Elves get wings, untamed races get a flying Manta, humans get a flying sword. You cannot use the flying mounts of other races.
