Help Logging in...

 Ok, so i have DL'ed the game and patched it and registered a new Ubisoft account.  I have tried logging into the game and it says i don't have a shadowbane acct.  I have looked through their support pages and read the "I thought SB was free?" thread here on MMORPG.com.  I can't find the add subscription option on my Ubi acct. and every link i have clicked on doesn't work.  I have clicked on the links in the Chronicles of strife and none of them work.  

 

Do I have to go through the add subscription and if so why are none of the pages that are linked working.  I have looked all over through my Ubi acct. to try and find it but it's no where to be found.  Can someone help me please?
