With the assumption and hope that there won't be any IP blocks once the game transitions from OB to retail, here's some information on where a good amount of english speaking players are at. There is also an Asmodian legion as well on the forums with the link provided below.

For those of you interested, keep in mind that when they refer to the server as "Clock Tower" that if you are running the english patch, it will appear as Azraiel on the server list.

Many people playing Asmodian are on the 4th region down on the Berita server (different region than Azreal).  Personally I have terrible latency issues on the Azreal server.  I have no latency issues on Berita
