A silly SOE problem

Dunno where I should turn to so Im writting here. The problem is probably obsoulte and quite silly, but Ive tried to solve it by myself with no sucess.

The question Ive is that I would like to come in contact with SOE billing support but I cant seem find where I can contact them. The url that should lead me to their support has been broken for a couple of days now and now I wonder if anyone of  you could help me with a link or something.

    I couldn't get their links to work either but that info was in their terms of service so probably will get you somewhere.
