Is there a roadside marijuana test? Can't charge someone with being under the influence of something you can't test for. Maybe there is now, I dunno...

I've always heard there isn't an effective way to do a roadside test. In my neck of the woods, I think just being in possession of it in your car is enough to risk a DUI charge.
I was wondering why I kept hearing all kinds of pot references until I realized what the date was. As one who does not partake of the wacky weed, is 4:20 pm on 4/20 like the supreme holy moment, or do you just celebrate the whole day equally?

I've had a green 420 today so far, went to get a new piece, got some new guitar strings and a slide. It was such a nice day here in Colorado. It just sucks I have to be up at 4am for work tomorrow, really wanted to head to Boulder.

I've watched my high school friends turn from all-star athletes, clean-cut, popular guys into complete potheads, that couldn't keep a job, couldn't keep a girlfriend, and couldn't finish a sentence without having some reference to weed. Everything about them turned to weed. It's all they thought about, and all they wanted to do....ever.

Means pretty much the same thing.

Funny, i've seen the samething happen to people from alcohol. That's without counting the millions of deaths! Presidents that have smoked pot? Yeah they were very unsuccesful.
But alcohol is legal?

Yeah.
Tax revenue.
Green jobs.
Less criminals on the streets.
A large cut in drug cartel income. (the drug cartels make 90% of their money off marijuana the other 10% are drugs like cocaine and heroin)
Less deaths.
These are just some few named pros of legal marijuana. Not including the benefits we'd gain from Hemp.
