So is the turtle quest active now? Has it changed? How buggy is the rest of the game?

Before I pay to resubscribe to the game, I'd like to make sure that I'm getting my money's worth. I'd like to do the turtle raid right away, but if that's not possible, I'll probably wait and keep playing PotBS.

Even with the recent issues, LOTRO is still one of the most stable, and polished experiences out. People over react to issues, and seem to lack perspective, this last batch, was extremely uncommon for turbine. As is mostly fixed.
