terrible lag anyone?

I joined a few days ago and was trying to try a new char, but every once in a while my browser just lags out.

Sometimes, I'll invite someone for a battle and after a few mins it will either time out or I will enter the battle and all I see are two figures staring at each other. Battle does not go anywhere and I have to refresh my browser to continue.

 

It doesn't happen every time, but it happens a lot.

 

Where is the server located? maybe it's got something to do with the distance because as of now the game is kind of unplayable for me...I can't even choose any actions for battle most of the time because by the time I do, my turn is already finished.

We had some small server issues that we had to work out.  One was fixed today, the other will be fixed tomorrow.  If you are in the USA, you should have no problems after that.
