I really need help with this game

First of all, I have been trying to install the trial, but everytime I launch the game I get an error

 

VGClient.exe (Build 2435.0) caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module VGClient.exe at 0x76724449 trying to read from 0x76724449.

 

That's from the crash log, and I have been trying to go to the support forums but everytime I sign into them I can't see any thread and it tells me i dont have permission to do anything made multiple accounts and its the same thing with everyone and yes i have email activated my account i dont understand what the hell is going on

Can you provide more info about your rig and OS?

Googled "an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module VGClient.exe at 0x76724449 trying to read from 0x76724449." and found some french forum where someone had same problem, i dont know french but looks like it was solved by editing ini file disabling hardware audio or just updating audio drivers.

This is just a guess, but if you are running windows vista, try right clicking on the launch icon and selecting Run As Administrator.

Yep.  Also, if you are running Vista, make sure you have the most recent version of DirectX installed.
