KUNG Fu legend David Carradine has been found dead in a Thai hotel room.

The 72-year-old — who starred in Kill Bill — was found hanging in the Bangkok hotel, according to cops.

Mr Carradine was in Bangkok to shoot a movie and staying at the Park Nai Lert Hotel in the Thai capital before his body was found by a maid, said reports.

If someone had came up to me in 1980 when I was on my Atari 2600 and said we will be playing games with thousands of people at the same time.I guess my response would have been,"but I only have 2 joysticks"

    OMG...this is sad.   I can only wish the best to his family and friends as they try to deal with their loss of such loved one as Dave.

    I never really watched Kung Fu, but I know he was highly respected for his abilities and acting.  I only began to appreciate him frm the Kill Bill movies.  Horrible news.

    wow i really liked him on that wild west tech show on the history channel. It really is a shame to see him go.

    David Carradine was never praised for his martial arts capabilities.  He was an average actor who played martial artists characters who talked more than they fought. His father John Carradine was a better B movie actor than David.

    It is unfortunate that he has died.

    Martial arts aren't only classified as a means to kick someone's ass. :)

    I enjoyed the Kung Fu series as well as the many movies and documentaries he has made.He was one of the long time actors who was reputed to be really down to earth.We will all miss you David.Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family.

    It hasnt been declared it was a suicide yet, might be foul play involved.

    Well, it's not looking like foul play anymore. Sex play is more like it.


    Police Lt. Gen. Worapong Chewprecha told reporters that Carradine was found with a rope tied around his genitals and another rope around his neck.

    "The two ropes were tied together," he said. "It is unclear whether he committed suicide or not or he died of suffocation or heart failure."

    Pornthip Rojanasunand, director of Thailand's Central Institute of Forensic Science, said Carradine may have died attempting a sex act known as auto-erotic asphyxiation _ cutting off oxygen to the brain for sexual arousal.

    The practice is said to result in a form of giddiness and euphoria _ similar to alcohol or drug intoxication _ that enhances the sexual experience.

    "If you hang yourself by the neck, you don't need so much pressure to kill yourself. Those who get highly sexually aroused tend to forget this fact," Pornthip said.

    That is some embarrassing stuff.... looks like whoever he was with bugged out of there likity split. Yikes!

    Not sure if this would be suicide, I mean does anyone know people who committed suicide with a rope around their neck and their penis?

    Seems either some sex-crime, which is a damn shame as YES I have been a fan back in the day of Kung Fu the series, aswell enjoyed his return in Kill-Bill.

    Basically clicking away text windows ruins every MMO, try to have fun instead of rushing things. Without story and lore all there is left is a bunch of mechanics.

    For the love of Pete whats wrong with just regular old fashion sex...Is it an absolute that you have to tie a rope are around your neck and nuts to get off.David did you have to just blow my child hood memory's of you.Geez man.
