Help DLing game

Hey guys, I just tried DLing the trial client from the official website, and setting up a trial account. I have been waiting for WAR for a long time, but my MMO policy is to hold off of any MMO @ launch, so it's been a while and I thought it might be fun to play. So I'm patching and at the very last(?) file, world.myp it says that the patcher is unable to complete, please try again later. I've looked up this error message and have gotten 15~ or so different fixes for it. I have tried them all. None of them have worked.

Checked if the file was read-only

I have tried DLing the client through a personal network.

I have tried torrenting, and DLing the files from different sources.

I have tried different accounts, or deleting/replacing each individual file.

I have tried the 'scan all'.

I am about to give up. Unless there is anything that anybody here can tell me.

What did it for me was

Going into program files

electronic arts folder

warhammer folder

u will see something called patch file (there are two)

open it with notepad, u will see something like this

HOWEVER this one above is what yours needs to look like.

Where i highlighted live yours says livetrial probably.

Change those to live.

Save changes

Exit

Run game

If this doesnt work there are many other solutions

Try opening game where it says enter account data click on perform full file check

If that doesnt work

Delete the world.myp file

Try redownloading it

If that doesnt work

Go to the warhammer website and download the prepatch 1.3 setup

Run that twice

Thats all i know, i tried them all i listed the one that worked for me first
