Some skills limited to primary profession?

Ok in the E3 demo, my main was a monk/war.  I chose this for the elemental protection monks had since i was tired of getting zapped down by elementalists lightning with the war/monk i had made.  Now was elemental protection limited to monk just in e3 or will these special lines be limited to primary classes in retail as well?  Will i be able to be a war/monk and take up elemental protection from my monk secondary?  Can a monk/elem take up the extra mana line elems have?

There are certain skills that one can only get if they choose a certain profession as their primary.  The 'elemental protection' is either a pre-learned skill if you choose it as your primary class or it could be learned later if you have elementalist as your secondary class.  Their are (like I said) some skills that you can only get if you have the class as your primary profession.

I'm pretty sure that a Monk/Elementalis can take up extra mana lines.
