Why is it that templars are just down right painful to level?

And this is pre patch 1.5 nerfing to them.  How is the game so unbalanced as far as PvE combat goes considering PvE plays such a large role in this game as an alternative to the PvP side.

As it stands now you have to be a complete and utter masochist to even roll a templar.  Hell you have to be a slight masochist to level any class considering you run out of quests around 29.

On a side note I do love the game and I finally hit lvl30 this morning on closed beta, but some serious tweaking needs to be done to americanize this game, not just the voiceovers...

You hit level 30 and your complaining about their leveling speed? And a templar, at that? I agree with the poster above me, are we playing the same game?

Also you need to realize that 1.0 has no where near the same amount of quests as 1.5 does (due to 1.1, 1.2 and 1.5 all adding in new quests).

Ahh thanks for some clarification as to adding quests.

Yea to hit thirty I litterally put on some rush music and grinded the same circuit of mobs for something like 24 hours straight.  So it wasn't exactly a cake walk :P

Yeah I stopped at 22 just because I didn't really feel like going too much further just for a beta.

Are you using a defensive setup? Cause templars solo really well if geared with +crit or +attack.

Maybe you suck at templar. Im loving templar . Been a steady leveling to 28, really i love it! and on pvp i can take a beating and is awesome too.

Maybe templar is not for carebears .. go gladiator or something
