The game itself is down and gone. The website has suffered some outages every now and then (like any website) but has stayed online for the most part. Why? I don't know. If I had to guess I would say that they are attempting to keep the wbesite online to look like the game is still around until the lawsuits clear. In reality the last employees of this company have gone into hiding to avoid being punished for their illegal actions. But they proably keep the website online to give people the flase impression that they are still working on the game or that the game might make a come back. Its just another lie, pay no attention to it.
