I voted Aion (yes, i know) as neither TERA nor the Secret World i think will be released by then. I do like staying in games for the long haul and do have a soft spot for Korean grinders.
Just to make things clear... I speak for myself and no one else, unless i state otherwise mine is just an opinion. A fact is something that can be independently verified, you may challenge such but with proof. You have every right to disagree with me through sound argument, i believe in constructive debate, but baseless aggression will warrant an unkind response.
I will be playing Baldur's gate online as an mmorpg...IT DOES EXIST....do not lie to me....it will exist in 2 years and I will be playing it...
If not, it will be the game that will be called something that will have the perfect PvP system, a full in depth immersive crafting system, quests that vary so much that you never feel you finished the same quest before and there will be no kill 10 boars quest, it will have 30 classes and 30 races to choose from, it will have the best character customization system, you can also take a picture of yourself and then digitalize it so it can fit on your character, a leveling system and a skill system that are revolutionary, each class will have over 350 spec trees that not everyone will play the same, it will have an FPS kind of combat system that will take 100% skills from the players, and much more....
Honestly, it probably hasn't been announced yet. I can safely say I'll be trying Secret World, but thats about it. There really hasn't been an MMO that's made me want to stay on more than a month or two in a long long time. Of the list, LoTRO is the one I'd stick with if I had to, but for everything I love about it, I just can't seem to stick with it. Strangely enough because Tolkien made a great realistic fantasy world (as far as believability) but that lack of "fantastical-ness" or whatever makes it feel a bit dull.
I see myself playing SWTOR when it comes out. Until then i'm going to be sticking to single player RPGS like Titan Quest and Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines( Which i think they need to make into a MMO)
2 years STILL is a lot of time in our stagnated with <insert "oldskool" gamer complain here> genre =p
probaly GW2, a CB trial of Tera/Heroes of telara, wishing Lineage 3 =p
now: GW2 (11 80s). Dark Souls 2. future: Mount&Blade 2 BannerLord. "Bro, do your even fractal?" Recommends: Guild Wars 2, Dark Souls, Mount&Blade: Warband, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
Eve online. 3 years and when the new changes on dec 1, I will be playing for a long while. Hell even DUST-514 is coming out, and walk on stations. So much more to do.
Probably Guild Wars 2, or EVE Online if it's not out yet. But then again, there might be other games that would come out by then that would gain my interest, so I'd say that my predictions are just a rough estimate.
Everquest "next" if it is out by then. If not I'll probably be hopping back and forth from EQ2 to anything new that can hold my interest for a little while.
What I will be playing will depend heavily on what is going on in the real world for me. E.G. Currently RL for me is fairly hectic so I am playing a very casual extremely easy to progress and requires little effort MMO.
However if I ever get some more time under my belt I will play something that requires a little more time dedication.
SWTOR most likely. Bioware= EPIC WIN in my book. Other wise I want a Elder Scrolls, 40k mmos damit. At least I know the 40k one is coming. Gonna have to wait till E3 to hear anything about Bethesda's new game most likly(better be ES5 or mmo)
Hold on Snow Leopard, imma let you finish, but Windows had one of the best operating systems of all time.
If the Powerball lottery was like Lotro, nobody would win for 2 years, and then everyone in Nebraska would win on the same day. And then Nebraska would get nerfed.-pinkwood lotro fourms

Dawntide. Oh wait, I am now =P
It has a lot of potential, and since it's in REALLY early testing phases, it could still tap that potential.
Check out the MUD I'm making!

Peace
All of those are horrible MMOs, lol.
I'll play the first non-carebear MMORPG without instances to come out..
This means : Game with no rules, no gms (other than banning cheaters), open PvP, no instances..
Kind of like everquest
Guild Wars 2.

Bans a perma, but so are sigs in necro posts.
EAT ME MMORPG.com!
EVE
I've been playing for two years and still have a lot to learn.
I've even gotten into the lore, read all 270+ eve chronicles have a RP alt and bought and read the Eve novel.
Im getting into it more and more and CCP seems to be expanding the universe each year.
PLaying: EvE, Ryzom
Waiting For: Earthrise, Perpetuum
I see myself playing SWTOR when it comes out. Until then i'm going to be sticking to single player RPGS like Titan Quest and Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines( Which i think they need to make into a MMO)

Guess i shoulda put GW 2 up there

Most likely:
SW:TOR
WOW
Oh and that Zenimax Online Game...ya you know....Zenimax = Bethesda
Last on the list:
Possibly DAOC whether it gets a ressurection or sequel
None of those. Aion was a failure, WoW is ok but it's gotten boring a bit for me.
Maybe Heroes of Telara and Diablo 3.
None of the ones listed. I honestly am not sure what I'll be playing in 2 years. Maybe Earthrise or MO if they live up to their potential.
Current: None
Played: WoW, CoX, SWG, LotRO, EVE, AoC, VG, CO, Ryzom, DF, WAR
Tried: Lineage2, Dofus, EQ2, CoS, FE, UO, Wurm, Wakfu
Future: The Repopulation, ArcheAge, Black Desert, EQN
secret world if funcom can get it together =]
Most likely FFXIV.
Either Dawntide, or Citadel of Sorcery, possibly both.
Probably Guild Wars 2, or EVE Online if it's not out yet. But then again, there might be other games that would come out by then that would gain my interest, so I'd say that my predictions are just a rough estimate.
Main characters:
Jinn Gone Quiet (Guild Wars)
Princess Pudding (Guild Wars)
Everquest "next" if it is out by then. If not I'll probably be hopping back and forth from EQ2 to anything new that can hold my interest for a little while.
Wheres the "Depends on Real Life" option :P

So I just voted for other.
Oh Noes Its The Forum Police
If it actually is going to show up and not turn into vaporware, Warhammer 40k MMO
Guild Wars 2, Torchlight MMO and The Old Republic. I might consider FFXIV is all else fails.
as always it depends on household budget at the time...
if i can afford a sub based game im considering either "the Secret World" or the upcominng "World of Darkness" mmo
if not, then guild wars 2 is my boy, and id consider "all points bulletin", free, or sub
If the Secret World or WoD MMO is released by then, that is what I will be playing. If not, probably Fallen Earth and DC Universe Online
