bahamut , odins or asura world pass?

Im new and trying to make a character it lists all the servers but these 3 and they seem to be the most popluated..would it be possible for somone to get me a world pass to one of these?

If memory serves when a server doesn't appear on the list it means you can't trasfer there even witha WP.
You can try another server. For example I have a good experience in Phoenix.
Asura is locked too? ... count your blessings you don't want to be there anyway
They are servers they consider over populated so you won't be able to create any new characters on them.
