    Wait.......... what?

Wasn't this game released years ago? I could have sworn I played it back in like 2005, but now it's not even in open beta?

Dear individuals with negative responses.  Kindly take your negative response else where.  Your posts have been nothing but slander and hate without a hint of criticism or suggestion of improvement.

As it is, FoM is set to be a success in OB as it was with the previous OB's, and with retail having free accounts, that wil make retail a success.  So, unless you have some constructive criticism, kindly don't post negatively.

Best game ever, im sure Zorvan01 is happier playing his Hello Kitty Online which is his choice to make, and i respect that he likes to grind on butterflys and collect chocolate bunnies. But Face Of Mankind is the greatest pvp, player driven, rp, mmo of all time. Of all time.

LMAO! It's always funny that with all these POS garbage titles it is always newly created accounts that try hard to bash critics and post positive stuff about their game.

Don't company employees know they are so easily detected and are like an Open Book.

Feel free to join up! It's an amazing game, with tons of features.

I have been signed up here for nearly a year, and I have no development input into the game aside from a suggestion here and there, nor do I hold any GM status or anything as high and mighty as that.

I am not a company employee, though to be able to work for Duplex somehow (artwork maybe) would be great and would give me something really good to put on my referal.  Anyway, if you want to criticize the game kindly do so, but actually critize the game and point out whats wrong and suggest how it could be improved rather than going "FoM's shit, worse game evar, don't play it!".

For those of you who have tried FoM in the original OB are in for a shock.... the game has gone through hugh changes since its previous retail version.... has added a lot more depth to the game mechanics... and is a far more polished experience now.  Factions are more unique now and offer a greater depth of RP ... This is the first and only game to offer true player freedom... you make your own place in FoM by your own skills and abilities.... not by leveling up and having the best gear...

Everyone should come check out the OB test for themselves and not judge the game on its past or based of the opinions of someone who played a game more then 4 years ago...

I just don't enjoy the game.

I was in closed beta recently and found the game lacking.

I'm sure there are like ten people enjoying this game but I just can't get into it.

    PLaying: EvE, Ryzom

    Waiting For: Earthrise, Perpetuum

Hi there. When you buy this website, you can tell me where to post. 'Til then, try not to spill your juice on the carpet.

And FoM was NEVER a success of any sort.

Yes, it's one dev now. So which one is it? The one who used to do all the hacking and ddos'ing, or the marginally less lame one?

Ah the joys of the block button for indivduals who should never of been allowed on the internet in the first plce, let alone the gene pool.

So everyone, I look forwards to seeing you ingame, trust me on this, you will walk away with some amazing experiences, the immersion is great and anything you do is rp.  You buy something from a market terminal? Thats RP, since it effects a player somewhere.  You shoot someone, thats RP, you go rogue, thats RP, you gank, thats RP.  Everything is RP, you being somewhere or not being somewhere will effective someone somehow.

I really suggest that everyone at least try this game. I'm one of those people that try every game I can and quit almost all of them. But this game is just so perfect. It's great for me too since I hate grinding and there is none in this game. There is a place for everyone too. If you want to police, join LED. If you want to kill, join MotB. If you want to make drugs, join BoS. If you want to produce, join a Corp. There really is just something for everyone.

well- i'm not a new member to this site (even though i don't post much lol) hopefully my words can be taken as truth-

in game i'm a member of the Guardians of Mankind- think of us as like the United Nations of the game world. we root out corruption and fight against injustice, even if it leads us into conflict with the "Global Dominion" (Police Force and the Army in the game). don't believe alot of the crap about not getting promoted. i was new and i'm climbing the ladder :P.

Roleplaying is paramount to this game in my opinion, yes- there are gankers and griefers but you'll get over them and if your faction doesn't fail, they shouldn't be too much of a problem.  Wether you want to just chill and hang with friends while making sure your planet is safe or you've been assigned a mission to assassinate someone by your faction leader there is always something to do

Give the open beta a try. you'll be surprised. it's free. what have you got to lose? if you join GoM- i hope to see you in game :)

Hey guys, I just created an account at the Face of Mankind website. I don't see an area in my account management that directs me to a beta signup page. Will my newly created account automatically work for open beta? Thanks.
