I'll take snow over the Ice storm we had 2 years back... or was it last year.... I don't have to work today or tomorrow so as long as the power stays on and this stops by tonight as forecast than I'm fine with it.
Ice last year.
Just got done helping some guy stuck on my street in his car. Snow was piling up faster than we could remove it. My neighbors house is literally blowing apart.
This is interesting considering up here in Toronto, Canada I got very little snow. All I have is lake effect flurries but no accumulation yet here you are down in Oklahoma with 4 foot drifts.
The forecast for Christmas here is rain with a 4C temperature. That's 39.2F for you state side people. Even if any kind of snow fell it would melt, and anything that falls tonight will be washed away tomorrow by the rain.
No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-
We've had a decent cold snap but that's about it. I remember 10 years ago going outside, inhaling and having my nostrils freeze shut but not anymore.
Last year in December I was coming home one night and a south wind blew in and raised the temperature to the point where I took off my jacket while I was walking home at midnight.

I was in Australia not too long ago, on a business deal...it got delayed because of the sandstorm (or dust storm as they called it). It was being reported as the worst dust storm in modern history. Wish I brought my camera...been to Australia a lot, so didn't think it was going to be any amazing event like that.
Now I'm back home, and its been 70s here, dropping to low 60s at night...and occasionally it goes up to the low 80s
Nah but in Dallas this is the first white christmas I 've had the 12 years I've lived here. Of course still had to go to to GW to get some gaming in. Hoping I get some snow during my time at OU though.
Hold on Snow Leopard, imma let you finish, but Windows had one of the best operating systems of all time.
If the Powerball lottery was like Lotro, nobody would win for 2 years, and then everyone in Nebraska would win on the same day. And then Nebraska would get nerfed.-pinkwood lotro fourms

Tried to drive into Oklahoma from central Texas on Christmas Eve and had to turn around a come back. Windshield wipers would freeze up every 15 minutes and couldn't see anything. Well except for the cars that where stranded everywhere. Made it about 30 minutes north of Dallas and thought I was in the movie Fargo LOL.

Im in the Okanagan (BC)
We haven't had ANY snow.
We've barely gone below 0 so far this year... Its almost eerie.
10 years ago we used to get several feet of snow regularly
after 6 or so years, I had to change it a little...

Finally tally over the state - 14 inches. That is the state record, ever.
Final tally my yard - three feet throughout my yard following up to my front door where there is a 5 foot wall of snow about 25 feet long.
I will post some pics later.
