Getting a RUNDLL error

Other than popping up every few minutes this thing appears to not be affecting my comp. Have tried to find the DLL that is missing but have had no luck. Says Erro loading C:WINDOWSosaqufir.dll , Is the a way I can turn off the pop up warning or anyone ever seen this one that can point me in the direction to get it fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    A google search for that .dll file comes up empty. First thing I'd do is update and run any and all malware/anti-virus software that you have available to you. Especially since you failed to state you have installed or removed any recent software.
