Star Trek Pre-Order on D2D

Hello all :)

I just want to find out if anybody else has this problem as well as me.

Ive ordered StarTrek Online on Direct 2 Drive in the Uk. Ive got to the Pre-Order Key Screen and have my Key , But i dont have anyway of downloading the game client.

My download manager does'nt have any files to download , Ive contacted customer services and im waiting for a reply. Ive also downloaded FireFox as the help page said and still no luck :(    im running windows 7 as well

Just wanted to know if anybody was having the same problem ?

    Uhhh, it's a pre-order. It isn't even in open beta yet.

    So why does it tell me to download the client and it has a download button to press ? but when i press it nothing happens

    So the page is ready and all they have to do is make the button active.
