When I try to log in, it errors and says the game isn't activated on my account. I go on my account and all it has is a product key box. I've been searching for an answer for almost an hour. No product key, no instructions. Just links that take me in circles. I can't post on the forums or email support since I can't find that information either.

Basically it says you can't do that by yourself. You will have to call or email them to set this up.

If you would like to add a DDO subscription to an existing Turbine account, please contact the Account Management department via phone or email and they will be happy to assist. We do apologize, but we don't currently have an automated option to do this on the website."

Thank you, but I really have to say, this is so blithering stupid on the part of Turbine. How difficult can it be to create a way of automatically adding access to a free-to-play game to a free master account without having to go through customer service bureaucracy?
Apparently, hard enough that Turbine hasn't bothered to do it yet.
