New to the game - Looking for a clan.

Let me start off by saying that I've finally found the MMO to wash the taste of shit-cloned-MMOs out of my mouth.

The only two MMOs that have been able to hold my attention for more than a night have been Ultima Online and Star Wars Galaxies. Sadly, both of those games went to complete bottom-of-the-toilet shit after they were nerfed. I've played countless MMOs, but none of them have ever been able to fill the void that UO and SWG left.

I'm only a few days into Darkfall, and I absolutely love it. The game reminds me of a combination between Ultima and SWG.

If anyone is in a clan, knows of a clan, or just wants to help a new player out, please let me know. I'm completely willing to download any communication software that your clan currently uses.

    I would recommend joining the NEW guild first which helps out new players for a month and then send them on their way. This will give you time to learn the game and find out more about the guilds.

    The NEW clan is a huge help for anyone starting Darkfall. I'm about 2-3 weeks in and I don't what I would have done without the clan to turn to for any questions I had. Keep in mind though that joining the clan does tend to put a big tag above your head telling everyone "I'm NEW, come gank me!!" But imo its well worth it to get to know the game better as it tends to have a fairly big learning curve.

     

    After 1 month your removed from NEW or you can leave yourself before the month is up to start your "real" journey through Darkfall. I plan to leave here in the next few days and find a clan that suits my taste.
