How are the graphics?

I never got in the beta unfortunately, but I am thinking of buying the game and giving it a try. So far the videos make the graphics look horrible. Loved Eve-Online and the graphics there are amazing, how does this compare?

The graphics are fine. They perform their purpose and the game looks good. Not top of the line, but good.
Graphics are fine, and if its graphics by which you judge the appeal of an mmorpg, you'll be ok with STO. *snickers*
The Graphics are actually quite good for a MMO. Not Crysis or AoC level by any means as they are more stylized than ultra realistic but they are highly detailed and very easy on the eyes. You do want to have a decent video card however or your not going to be able to play at an acceptable graphics level if your picky about graphics. On lower end Video cards you'll have to shut a lot of features off to get an acceptable frame rate.
