    basic game without any expansions is F2P, to use the other expansions to unlock content is P2P i think.

    before expension its free to get the rest of the game after the vanilla AC,you got to buy and monthly i think!

    dont let the issue and graphic fool you this game was popular for a fairly long while

    but men i could never play it back then it was too hard for me!

     I had a good amount of fun playing the F2P base game. It's worth a try.
