Hi, im just wondering if anyone is having issues with there Internet lately,

Im getting Connection Errors every few times a day, saying that everything is pluged in but there is no connection,

They said they had fixed the problem 3 days ago, but im still getting the same thing,

I'm Also suffering Lag in Age of Conan - shooting to 250ms to 1200ms

My cables are fine, my comp is fine, my router is fine, telephone mains are fine,

 

does anyone know what this issue is?, i've got the unlimited package at like.. 450kbs or something, but i still only get like 300kbs........

 

Any Help or answers?

My mate had nothing but problems, he switched to Virgin like me. They're the only good service I've used and have nice, stable fast lines with no limits.
