if i skip some and not others and i bungged?

if i skipped all in the first room and i bungged to the point of reroll?

First of all, NDA is not active anymore to my knowledge. The game is on open beta stage right now.

Quests, last time i checked could easily be considered optional. I don't remember any great rewards from them. Some XP maybe... It goes like that: You are in central town, Argos, and there are NPCs around. They give you quests based on your level, but i think with some trick you could be able to acquire quests of lower levels as well. The quests of your level will all be for one or, in the worst case, two areas. Then you open up your map and click the area you want to play. When you start defeating monsters and bosses the quests will automatically complete. Most quests felt into that category.

So you can just grab a couple of quests, go play and totally forget about them. When you finish the area you were fighting and then return to Argos, almost all of the quests will be completed anyway, so you can go deliver them to get XP.

I haven't tried ever to play in a group in Mytheon but i think, quests shouldn't be a hinderance to grouping (unlike many other games where you have to synchronize them between party members), if that's what you were thinking.
