I'm guessing maybe next year since it just been released or is in open beta in Korea. They would have to translate everything before they can get it to come over to the US area.

 Translating is simple,they have a patch for that for many languages.The only reason it takes a hosting company so long is cause they usually gotta get permission.Expect this game to be out in 2011 give or take

Well I'm just going with Q2 2010, based on MMORPGs Info on the front page, this isnt a crazy big game, so it shouldn't really take long.

 1. dont trust any of mmorpg's dates

 2. nexon said they are not releasing DN til they have released Vindictus(Mabinogi Heroes) which is slated for Q4 of 2010

 3.if you speak or understand chinese or japanese go to shanda for chinese or nhn for japanese they have already released the game for their regions and you dont need requirements like a kssn for korean version

I just think Eyedentity should have gone with another company to put out their game. Nexon is great if you can read and type korean, but lets be honest, the west only really gets a fraction of the games nexon poops out and they arn't even really the best of the pick.

 actually eyedentity have put it out on 3 different companies nexon kr and soon nexon na, shanda(china) and nhn(japan)

Thats not true. Even thou Dragon Nest is released at China and Japan, they are still regional limited. If you are not living within their region it wont connect to their game server regardless if you can sucessfully register an account or not.

 I agree in part. Nexon are useless as far as I'm concerned. Don't get me wrong, Nexon have worked on some great games (this one included, I'm really looking forward to it), but they stink when it comes to customer service. IMO, Eyedentity would've been better with a company no one knows than with Nexon.

 no nexon has already said they are not going to release dragon nest til they release vindictus(mabinogi heroes) and they have vindictus dated for sometime in the fall of 2010

MMORPG.com should take it out from the upcoming releases to avoid confusion!

 

Still the move from Nexon is weird, this game is basicly ready to launch (much more than Vindictus) and yet they wait with it. Well let's hope when it will eventually come out it will be worth the wait.
