I've been playing TO for over a year and it's really worth playing in my view. The graphics are good as for its small client. There are many quests and caves to do. You can either choose to tank, dps or heal in this world. I met many good friends in game and some of them became my friends off game as well! Guild is like a family and I enjoy the tree when all mates sit in the tree for experience and energy! That makes a peaceful scene 
Questing with friends, pking in arena, fighiting in city war, farming caves, chatting and joking with friends, all of these have become part of my life. Now I've joined the newly released TO Facebook too, the family is becoming bigger and it's really cool to see the face behind my friends' chars. Talisman really rocks and I think i am gonna make chars level cap for each class so I can have more fun!
