Log in with your beta account on the official forum and go to the technical section, there's bound to be a thread there to help you.

I figured it out.. its because you can only DL when the session is on -.- Or I can DL outside but i cant play before next session then.. I'm DL'ing it now.
Confused, got a key. downloaded the game, and whenever i bring up the installer it just comes up, starts installing and closes after a second?
There's probably an NDA in force which will prevent people addressing that kind of problem here. Why don't you check the official APB forums to see if anyone else has had the same problem? Perhaps a fix has been posted for that.
