Will this game be 3 dimensional?

Will spell casters, magical items, flying beasts be able to fly so high someone who is earth bound cannot see them?

Anything less will make DnD Online suck.

Given the fact this game is a long way from being released ... and that currently released games offer some form of limited flight ...  I think it would be fair to asume that flight wouldnt be a real issue .... hmmm its climbing  I'm more interested in. I love playing rogue types.... just haven't ever seen it implimented well enough in games to make it as fun as it could be. I dont think graphics engine limitations can be used as an excuse to screw up a decent rogue class in a release so far off  :D.

I think it will be cool if they do that.  I mean, CoH proves that you can have flight for characters and make it work.

I have long wished for a game where you can interact with more of your surroundings, like if you wanna try to lasso a stump on one side of a ravine and tie it off on a tree on your side and skinny across it hand-over-hand, you should be able to try.  You might die, but it'd be nice to be able to do things outside the original designer's initial concept or guidelines.

Would probably be a coding nightmare though... pity.

Yes, that would be very cool.

To enhance the 'world' feel, the rope stays there for a specific amount of time until 1) another entity reclaims it 2) it colapses after rotting.
