Ugh dont know why it posted a blank page.
Basically i paid for 6 months of gametime going on 2 days ago and they still have my account frozen.
Do they usually take days and days to reactivate?
On my accounts page it shows as Pending, but it also shows my Playtime starting over 24 hours ago. Automated response only from customer service.

No, they don't. Try calling the financial service you used to pay for it and see if they show a transaction or pending transaction for the amount you paid.
I'd make sure you gave them the right CC #'s and name.
Everytime I have ever re-activated a dormate account it has been turned back on instantly.
Its the same CC that was stored in their database already, Its still valid and nothing has changed. I had it stored from when I played for a month almost a year ago. The CC doesnt expire for another year +.
And when I reactivated then it took like an hour or 2 to be able to play but nothing like this.
I think I will call the CC company and see if they show a transaction.
Called the CC company and they have no record of any transaction information from Funcom or a transaction for that amount.
So I dunno what the problem is, No new information was entered as it was a stored CC in their database which is valid.
I guess I will give em a day or so and see what happens. Just seems like by now it would have shown approved or denied either way.
