Well it seems i have it in my right hand so i was wondering if anyone here who has it too ahs any sugestions in how they manage it. Including massages exersises and of course pain management..

Its true there are articles on the internet but i would like to hear from other sufferers what works for them?

Oh and so you know its a mild form accordong to the Specialist.

My mom had this in both hands as she was a cashier in a military  base commissary and scanned a lot of groceries in her career.  She had surgery on both wrist areas and has been on disability compensation ever since.  She still feels the pain and is gimp, I feel really bad for her, thats why I try to not let her do the harder lifting and such housework...

Whenever I grind for long periods of time it seems to cramp up my left wrist.  Try stretching your wrists backwards... I work at a restaurant so I carry heavy trays which stretches the nerves/tendons/ligaments muscles etc... The best bet is to rest your hands from keyboard, but I don't know how much you play , or if your job is at a computer too.  Sometimes I take a break to rest, it is the best solution.  I don't know how serious your problem is, but I know this is a really shitty syndrone to have, so best of luck healing. =)

I've had it and the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome exercises actually made it worse.   :(  It was my right wrist so it made interfered with nearly everything.   I had to keep it in a hard brace for months.  I also ended up having an issue with my thumb and had to have surgery.  That was fun!  My thumb and wrist still ache when the weather gets damp.  Definitely find a decent specialist and give it lots of rest so it doesn't get worse.  My husband also had it, used a brace for a short time and, luckily (especially since his work entails constant computer use), it resolved the issue.
